How do I join Pink Ladies?

You can join Pink Ladies online through our secure portal by clicking here or you can also join at the Club.

What details will I need to sign up for membership?

All of our monthly membership subscriptions are collected by Direct Debit (DD) and are fully covered by the Direct Debit guarantee. To sign up by Direct Debit you will need your bank account number and sort code this can be done online using our secure online portal or at the Club.

I would like to come and see the facilites before signing up do I need to book an appointment?

Yes you are most welcome to come and have a look at our facilities before joining. You don't need to book an appointment however please contact us on 01604 712423 or use our contact form and we would be glad to arrange an appointment to show you around the facility.

Can I pay with cash?

Sorry we don't accept cash for any of our monthly membership plans as your swipe card is linked to your Direct Debit.

Can I pay per class and per gym visit?

You are welcome to pay per class the price for a single class is £7 and for Pole fitness £8. We don't offer pay as you go for our ladies only gym you must be a member to use this facility.

I have just signed up online, what next?

First of all we would like to Thank you for joining! Once you have completed the online sign-up process a confirmation email will be sent this will contain your unique reference number please make note of this and bring it with you to the Club alternatively you can bring any form of I.D with you anything from drivers licence, passport, college card etc. You will then be issued with a swipe card which must be displayed and scanned during each visit to the Club.

My Direct Debit doesn't start until next month or week can I start straight away?

Yes you can! If your Direct Debit is due to start the following month or week we will use our calculator to work out a pro-rata fee to cover you up until your first Direct Debit date.

Who do I contact regarding my monthly membership payments?

I've never used a gym before, will I get an induction?

Yes don't worry all of our new members must undergo a supervised induction regardless if you have or haven't used equipment before.

Do I need to fill any form's out before using the gym or classes?

Yes you will need to fill out a short pre-exercise screening form this gives us a better idea of your current fitness and any medical conditions. Please be honest when filling out your PARQ form it is important that we know of any current or past medical conditions. Please check with your local G.P before any physical exercise if you are unsure!

If I join on a contract option, how long does my membership last?

If you have signed a contract on a monthly payment plan then it will last for 12 months. After 12 months this then becomes a monthly rolling payment and if you wish to cancel all we need is 30 days notice.

Can I freeze my monthly membership?

Yes you can freeze your monthly membership for one month there is a small charge of £5. We require at least 15 day's notice before freezing your membership. After one month your membership will automatically commence as normal.

Can I upgrade my membership plan?

Yes you can upgrade anytime. We will require 15 days notice before your next payment is due. Your next payment will then be at the rate of your new plan.
