Aerobics
Aerobics is the process of using similar muscle group at regular intervals, for a period of fifteen to twenty minutes or longer whereas maintaining 60-80% of your highest heart pace. Aerobics is a brief activity with low intensity. Aerobic exercise helps one to increase stamina, aid in sleeping, control of body fat and improves mood while reducing depression and anxiety.
Aerobic Step
An intense Aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.
Legs, Bums & Tums
The class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels
Body Attack
Body Attack is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
Cardio Pump
Cardio Pump is one of the world's fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.
Boxercise
Boxercise is a circuit class including boxing style stations and techniques. Learn over eight different punches and movement using focus pads. The workout uses the whole body and the time flys as you work on body movement, agility and momentum. If you stick with the boxercise workout you'll get fit and enhance muscle definition, but you won't gain bulk. It's great for relieving stress too!
Pole Fitness
Pole fitness is the perfect workout. Pole Fitness brings you a workout where you improve your strength and endurance simultaneously with a non-ordinary sport. Pilates is used as a complete fitness program as well as a supplement to other methods of fitness. It is a tool to educate the body to have better posture and move in a more efficient way. Pilates is for those who want to look and feel better. It is for those who strive to function at an optimal level, pain-free. Pilates is for those who seek balance in life, wanting to change their lives for the better by enhancing the mind while strengthening the body. Pilates is for anyone and everyone!
Thai-Bo
Thai-Bo has been characterized as an excellent cardiovascular workout with very good distractions. Because of the movements it involves, Thai-Bo is effective in toning and defining the body's musculature. It can also improve one's balance, flexibility, coordination and has cardiovascular benefits.
Zumba Fitness
A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and Salsaton. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart.
